添加物を使用しない、醤油本来の香り引き立つ淡口醤油。
山中醤油の全ての淡口醤油のベースとなる醤油です。

名称:淡口醤油(本醸造) 原材料:脱脂加工大豆、(遺伝子組み換えでない)、小麦、食塩、アルコール (原材料の一部に小麦、大豆を使用しています。) 保存方法:冷暗所にて保管、開栓後は冷蔵庫にて保管のこと。

襲の色目には白・白以外の配色でも「白い色」を表している色目が いくつかあります。例えば、春の色の『梅の衣』は「白と蘇芳 すおう」、 秋の色の『白菊』は「白と青」、冬の色の『雪の下』は「白と紅梅」など です。これらの色は裏に配する色によって表の白を際立たせ、より白く 見せようとしたものかもしれません。
