醤油製造・デザインを手がける代表村山の声かけによって集まった、日本全国様々な職種の経営者たちの支援により、2021年2月に創業した新しい醤油蔵。
醤油屋の既成概念に囚われないスタイルで、醤油事業とデザイン事業の両輪で地域文化や独自のカルチャーの創造を目指す。使われなくなっていた廃倉庫を、自分たちでフルリノベーションして醤油製造工場・併設直売所・シェアオフィス・ライブラリーカフェを現在も改装中。空間デザインやイベントの演出、オリジナル製品のコンセプトに至るまで、文化、技、創造性を結びつけるユニークな醤油インスパイアの体験を提供しています。



Founded in Japan in 2021, this new-generation soy sauce brewery was born from the vision of a CEO with a background in soy sauce production, design, and creative direction. Answering his call, entrepreneurs from diverse industries across the country came together to invest in a venture that reimagines tradition.

Driven by a dual focus on soy sauce craftsmanship and design innovation, the company transformed a historic warehouse into a modern brewery and retail space—revitalizing local heritage through thoughtful renovation.

From spatial design and event direction to original product concepts at its flagship store, the brand curates unique, soy sauce-inspired experiences that connect culture, craft, and creativity.
